3RD WARD FALL SOLO SHOW: AN OPEN CALL FOR BEST NEW ART— 9/22 THROUGH 10/22
3rd Ward is one of our favorite companies for its bottom line commitment to support the arts. This miracle of an organization seems to understand how difficult it is to be a young artist in a big city and offers encouragement and, more so, opportunity.
“The Fall Solo Show is an international open call for dynamic, inventive and provocative work of all mediums - sculpture, photography, painting, printmaking, illustration, installation, graphic design, video, and more!”
The lucky selected artist will receive a $1,000 cash grant. In addition he/she will win a solo exhibition in 3rd Ward’s gallery, complete with a massive opening reception, a 2-page spread in 3rd Ward’s quarterly publication, a 1-month residency at 3rd Ward with FULL facility access, and perhaps most importantly— NYC wide exposure including post cards, flyers, press!
For this call the judges will be Priska C. Juschka, Founder of Priska C. Juschka Art and CK Swett of Christie's.
